I found Mastison through Hyatt Legal plans and he helped me with my legal guardianship of my grandchild. This was a painful experience, for all, but we sailed through the legalities and closed that chapter. I went back to his law office many times in the last 2 years: for legal advice, support, repr...esentation and was never disappointed. It helps to have a friendly voice of reason who understands the law and how to apply that knowledge.

Found him to be very uncaring, vain and inexperienced. Had to do "research" on child custody laws which we found odd since his is a family law attorney; and yes, we were billed for his "research" at $175 per hour! He took extended amounts of time to prepare any document only to find most were inadequ...ate per the courts/opposite attorney and of course, we were charged for it including him filing incorrect paperwork. We fired him and hired a new attorney due to his actions. Would not recommend for anyone needing an attorney with the family courts.

Has helped me with some real estate deals. Is now working with me on an estate/guardianship issue. He has always been very available to me throughout all of our dealings. Not only is he professional and represents you well on a professional level, as a person he was always concerned about me and how ...I was doing through the process.
