I am so happy that I hired Nick as my lawyer. I went to court in Bedford IN in Lawrence County. Judge Robert Cline gave me a list of lawyer's who would take a part of my bail money for representing me. I called his office and got an appointment the next day. I was charged with 2 DUI's. NICK was very ...professional but he was also down to earth he has done a good job at representing me, my case only has one more court date we are coming to a plea agreement also the staff in Nick's office are great will go above and beyond helping you.

Nick took my case last minute with no issues about the holidays and when all others said they cant do anything till after the first of the year. His first words was are you ok and are the children safe and made sure i got to see my kids for Christmas. They have continued to be there like family since... day one. They are all a great team and will help and make sure the whats right for the children is done. I couldn't even begin to write how grateful i am for nick and his team. So if you feel like you have no one give them a call because since i did i have not had to deal with anything alone they made sure of it. Six years ago, Nicholas Silar, was appointed as my public defender for a criminal case. Today, I called with a problem regarding my criminal background check. The judge dropped my felony to a misdemeanor. I was trying to get a job and I called because In my public records, it says that I have a felon...y. He was very helpful, explained the process, and mailed/emailed me a letter explaining that the judge dropped my felony to a misdemeanor in order for me to be able to show it to any potential employer. So, six years later, he was still here for me. I appreciate it and I encourage other people to trust him, because I don't think he will leave you hanging.
