I have had a fair share of public defenders over the years, and I'm putting Mr moll at the very top of my list! He works for you like a hired attorney, even tho he is appointed by the court! He is excellent about communication and he eventually got me an even better plea deal then I was asking for, ...

Quick and painless
Set up a meeting with him soon after getting my appointment letter and he was able to get my felony dropped down to a time served misdemeanor plea.

Horrible attorney
Was appointed this guy as a public defender, He's never given me a discovery, no police report no contact whatsoever. Never returns calls never avaliable to answer a call.. Talk about ineffective communication. HORRIBLE!!!! Definitely filing a complaint.
