I went through a lengthy divorce approximately 20 years ago. Upon my retirement, I discovered my ex-husband and his lawyer did not follow the divorce decree concerning retirement distribution. In short, I would have been paying my ex-husband thousands more than what he was entitled to. I approach...ed five lawyers, and was told by each that it was too late to amend a divorce decree that old. Carl Lamb and Matt Fox listened to my situation and explained that there was legal ground to amend. Matt Fox explained the legal grounds to pursue, alternate means to resolve and what to expect in each scenario. The issue is now resolved in my favor. Carl Lamb and Matt Fox know and practice the law. They are approachable and actually listen to the client. They also work in an efficient manner to resolve the issue keeping legal expenses down. My mistake is that I did not consult them earlier.

Mr. Lamb took my consultation outside of business hours, which I think speaks volumes to his client commitment. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the unique matters I was experiencing with parenting time, listened intently to my story and asked pointed questions to get to the heart of the matter and... in the end offered multiple practical solutions to help me resolve the issues. Outstanding first impressions, and while dealing with these types of cases is not exactly a day at the park, I am looking forward to working with Mr. Lamb on my case.

Mr. Lamb spoke to me immediately when I called his office to discuss a misdemeanor situation my son had gotten himself into while attending IU. Mr. Lamb gave walked me through the scenarios he thought my son might be facing. He worked to obtain a pre-trial diversion agreement for my son and obtained... the very best outcome possible for my son's situation. He was responsive, thorough and absolutely looking to make the very best of an unfortunate situation.
