Donna Fay Pratt

I hired Donna for my divorce case. Donna was very unresponsive and I would say unprofessional. After my initial appointment, I waited over a month with no responses to any of my emailed questions and no response to my requests to set a follow-up appointment. After I wasted a month of waiting with no ...responses, I was forced to hire another attorney to move forward. Maybe she is knowledgable but I never found out about that because she wasn't doing her job by communicating with me as her client.

Awesome lawyer, she does slip when it comes to communication, however her paralegal is more than knowledge and she runs a tight office. I recommend her to all my friends and family. When we went to court I was worried because she always came off as being aloof with my case. However, once we started s...he hit the other side hard and didn't let up. She let the other side talk, and then she went for the throat. My ex was dumbfounded and visibly upset; my ex's lawyer backed off and set down. All I can say is the judge’s orders where 99% in my favor because the other side gave up. I would and will continue to use Donna as my lawyer. You just have to remind yourself that she may not act like she is paying mind to your case but she always has your back.

She is great in the courtroom, doesn't let the other side intimidate her however she is horrible managerial wise. Waits till the last minute, doesn't return phone calls for days, doesn't communicate any progress and I frequently heard information regarding dates and times from the other side before I... heard from her. She seems very distracted.
