Christopher J. Holly, Attorney at Law
Chris graduated from the IU Maurer School of Law in Bloomington in May 2008 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in October 2008. He continues the work he has been doing for the past 27 years in Medicaid planning and advocacy.
He worked as a paralegal from 1984 through 2002 at Indiana Legal Services, Inc., where his practice was focused on the legal needs of the elderly. He was self-employed as an independent paralegal from 2002 until 2008. His expertise is in public benefits programs, particularly Medicaid, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, and veterans benefits.
He regularly speaks to community groups and attorneys on Medicaid and related issues. He is a contributing author to the Indiana Laws of Aging, published by the Indiana Bar Foundation. He has a B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
He is a member of NAELA, the Indiana Chapter of NAELA, the Indiana State Bar Association, and past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
