I was a senior in law school when the first Gulf War started. I come from a very military family, so I signed up to go in as an Army JAG. I spent time as a prosecutor, administrative law attorney, legal assistance attorney, defense attorney, and I taught at the MP school. When I got out of the Army I did tax law for a couple of years, then I got into teaching. I've taught undergraduate and graduate law classes in criminal law, medical law, sports law, and constitutional law. I'm licensed in Indiana. I am approved by the SSA to represent people in Social Security disability cases and by the VA to help veterans who have been denied disability or who have been underrated. As a disabled vet, I've been through that process and I know the hell it can be without someone to guide you. Consultation is free, and if you hire me there are no up-front fees; I don't get paid unless you do. Let me help you get what you deserve. I do other cases as time permits.

Great Lawyer!
David Miller helped my husband and I with the legal name change of our daughter. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
As you can see, the comments are all positive. I've spoken with Katie and she says she mean to give me a 5 star rating. Please look at the comments, not the stars.
"i have known David Miller since law school over 25 years ago. We have kept in touch all these years despite being in different cities or even countries! David is a consummate advocate for his clients. Having served in the Army JAG corp, he is very familiar with the VA system and zealously represents veterans. I would highly recommend him."
