NO STARS!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. I paid this firm $1000 in Oct for my custody case. Nicole talked like she would do everything she could to fight for me. She told me it should be over close to Christmas time. I gave her $1000 in Oct. Didn't hear anything from her for about a month...late Nov. Sen...t message after message, called the firm, called the cell number, i heard nothing back from her. I finally called the courthouse to see if we had a date set for court. There was never a petition for custody filed, just a petition to change the judge. I messaged her again telling her that i contacted the courthouse and found out that no date was set. She immediately replied telling me she would see what was going on. She later sent me a copy of new paperwork filed and gave me a court date in early Dec. I messaged her numerous times telling her stuff that was going on with no reply. I messaged her the Monday before we were to go to court and asked if there was anything i needed to do before court on Friday. Her response was " ill let you know" I didn't hear anything from her all week. Thursday evening at 8pm (court was next morning) i get a text saying that the court date was continued. I asked why. Her response was "Ill call you and let you know" Didn't hear anything from her after more messages. I called courthouse and they said she is the one that continued it without me knowing. I messaged several times that rest of Dec. I never heard anything else from her. The last message i received was the night before we were suppose to go to court. I called the law firm after the first of the year to see if i could get ahold of her. I heard a recording that said She was no longer working at the firm. They said they would pass my information along to her and id have to wait for her to contact me. I haven't heard anything from her. I called the law firm again to see what could be done about the money i had already paid. They told me not to call back. So i have an upcoming court date with no lawyer and i have lost $1000. I will have to spend more money hiring a new lawyer and money to take them to court to try to get at least some of my money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!

DO not use this person for your legal work. I was scammed. This attorney promised me a free consultation when we met and then asked for a flat fee to handle my divorce, which I paid. When I decided to put my divorce on hold and asked for a bill for her work to that point (drew up provisional orders) ...and refund, she stopped responding to me for months until I filed a complaint with the Disciplinary Commission. Eight months after emailing and calling incessantly, she finally responded and sent me a bill ( which also included the initial consultation) and her fee was suddenly $300/hour which is outrageous for the area in which I live. I was scammed out of over $3000 at a very stressful time in my life. She has yet to refund my money and I don't see it happening unless I spend more money to sue her in small claims. Very unethical. Be warned.
