James Albert Schafer

My experience with Mr. Schafer was not a good one. Once I paid him up front (a lot of money) That was it, no more communication never returned my phone calls didn't do anything to even try to defend me. Never even wanted to talk about a defence( Which would have been very simple because I was innoc...ent.)Did not do any Investigating into my case whatsoever. Definitely overcharged me. Was not truthful about the terms of the very bad Plea deal he got for me which I did not even want to accept. Once I finally came to the conclusion that he just wasn't going to help me, did not care about me or my case.I had to accept it just to try to get the case over with.In my opinion, he is just very unprofessional.And just a bad lawyer in general. I would not recommend him.I would not recommend anyone hiring him. But that is just one man's opinion.
