Client is a United States Citizen married to a Mexican National who was here in the United States without authorization. The client was detained, placed in removal proceedings. A Petition for Alien R ... elative was filed and approved, the case was administratively closed at the Immigration Court and an I-601A application for waiver of unlawful presence was filed and approved. Upon approval, Immigration proceedings at the Immigration court were terminated and client successfully processed their immigrant petition at the U.S. Embassy in Ciudad Juarez. Client is now reunited with his family, as a Lawful Permanent Resident, after a brief three week departure from the United States.
