Divorce

Mr. Day was my ex husband's lawyer. This happened before he became judge and was final in novermer of 2012.I left my ex of 18yrs for someone 20yrs younger. But what they didnt know was the verbal abuse i put up with for 18 yrs.but mr day brought up that i drank and took zanix and asked if i should be... taken together? Yes i drank beer everynight but not until homework was done, dinner was over, dishes done, and bathes taken, and yes i took the lowest dose of xanix a .05mg. Before bed as prescribed by my Dr. And it was usesd against me to make me lose my children who are 12,10 & 8. 2 boys and 1 girl. We agreed not to split up the boys. Well i got our daughter and he got the boys. My oldest son wanted to live with me and the youngest with his dad. The oldest held a grudge aginst the younger one for years because he was made to go with his father. I was told a women always gets the kids. My ex was a truck driver and gone most nights. I had my children everyday and was a stay at home mom. All i have to say is karma mr day. It happened. He is all about the money.

Do not hire this man.

I hired Timothy Day to represent me in my divorce. He told me not to sign for anything through FedEx or UPS until she was served. I ended up getting served through my post office. He originally told me if the divorce took place in Ohio that he could not represent me and would give me my retainers fee... back if that happened. 2 days later it happened and I let him know and he said well your not getting your retainer fee back. This man doesn't even deserve his law License and is an absolute snake. This guy is the absolute reason lawyers get a bad wrap.
