Worst experience I have had with an attorney. I gave him $25,000.00 and ended up taking the same plea I was offered by a public defender 14 months prior. He refused to investigate anything, refused to gather any evidence and refused to talk to any of my witness's instead turning their phone numbers o...ver to the prosecutor. The prosecutor and sheriff's department then harassed them. He was untrusting, disbelieving and would not communicate with my family nor myself. In the only deposition he conducted with a confidential informant all he did was sought my guilt as opposed to attempting to discredit them. I was forced to plea. It seemed that he still have the states best interest in mind. I had to explain to the firm he and I could go no further with him as my attorney. They did a substitution thankfully. I couldn't have been any more disappointed. What an awful experience
