Stephanie Parker is a very supportive devoted attorney to her clients. You will not be disappointed with her management of communication with her legal assistant Suzy Palmer. Any and all questions or concerns were addressed successfully and in a timely manner. She came prepared, had me prepared with ...information to give me, and it showed that she reviewed my case before and knew what was going on. Utilization of their teamwork at HTL, PC stands out as they make sure their clients are educated & understand the process that’s taken place and keep you informed as the case moves thew the judicial system while also letting you know what you should expect. Even after their part was completely while representing me, she extended the offer to contact her after a year to get the other things handled and put in a better position out of integrity. I would highly recommend Stephanie Parker for attorney and if you do, you will want to keep her. There is quality in her work and representation that’s valuable.

I hired Stefanie to represent me in a legal matter in early 2023. She was very responsive in the beginning (scheduling a consultation, etc.), friendly, and gave me timelines that things would be addressed in. But after the initial consult, communication quickly began to break down. She contacted m...e only when she needed something specific from me, and when trying to get in touch with her, she either didn't respond to the attempted communication (email, phone calls, texts) at all, or it took forever. When asking her politely to answer my question because of this, I in return received what I consider to be a shitty and unprofessional response stating that she is "pretty busy during the week and it's hard to answer texts/emails all the time." My feelings are that if someone is getting paid to represent you and be your "legal counsel," it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect a timely response because they're being paid to do so. I am a healthcare professional and despite how busy I am, it is expected of me and a priority of mine, to keep my patients' up to date on what is going on with their care, and answer their questions promptly. The least that could have happened here was that a reply of some sort was sent stating that she was busy right now, but would answer as soon as she was able to. Not some answer with an attitude behind it. Completely disrespectful and don't recommend. There are plenty of other attorney's available.
