Should not be allowed to practice

This man was my attorney in 2019 and he was hired outside of AVVO. My father passed in October 2018 and his "wife" of 6 weeks filed to be personal representative with a fake will typed up by her while Dad was taking significant pain relievers while on hospice care. She did not even have correct names... on the will. On 1-24-2019 Judge Evans entered an order striking certain documents from the record. The "wifes" motion to dismiss my case was denied and a pretrial conference was held on 4-4-2019. As a result of this pretrial hearing, Judge Evans ruled that Mills is appointed to my case due to my disabilities and set the 30-day timeframe for Mills to file the will contest by 5-16-2019. He did not file the will contest and he requested an adjournment on the last day 5-16-2019. He was granted 30 more days on the same day. In response, he ensured the failure of my case on 6-14-2019 when he filed a "Motion for Leave to File a Verified Complaint for Damages" stating I could not "obtain equitable relief within this estate cause of action" and to dismiss instead of filing the will contest. He said when my case is dismissed I could go sue the "wife" myself in another court. The judge found this improper and dismissed my case as untimely on 7-5-2019. Mills excuse to me was that the judge was WRONG to assign him to my case because it was already untimely before he was assigned. I asked him what he was going to charge me for a case in the other court since I don't know what that was he filed with Judge Evans and he said that his fees for doing that kind of case for me would be significant. I could not afford to pay him to do it and the court would not pay him any longer as he was my probate attorney. So, Done and Done. This attorney overruled the Judge's instructions deliberately, Because of this I lost my father's entire estate (upwards of $300,000 including cash & savings, 10 acre farm, 7 classic cars, numerous collectibles and a car repair shop) to a stranger with no way to get any of it back. If this man doesn't want to work, he won't. Bad, Bad, Bad attorney and person and will be a Bad Judge, too.

He's the one you can trust.

I won't go to anyone else. He has handled multiple cases for me; divorce, child support, land title search, and answers every minut question posed to him with clarity. I won't trust anyone else.
