Case involved a dog bite. Dog was owned by the boyfriend of a tenant. Plaintiff sought recovery from the landlord. Court upheld a Motion for Summary Judgment for my clients (landlords) and ruled tha ... t there was no duty on the landlord to protect the public from a tenant's dog when the landlord did not know or have reason to know that the dog would be on the property.
