Nathan Bradley Masingo

I'd give no stars if I could. Very poor communication with no personability or reasoning. He never called me and has avoided me at every turn. My case is an easy open-shut case and he has made no effort at all. I fired him and he immediately withdrew and is stealing 12 hundred & fifty dollars from me.... Wow. Below is proof that he agreed to refund my money, but he has all day and still hasn't. He has my card payment info. Wow. Can't wait to see his or his "paralegals / Gate Keeper's response, that he has instructed her to type. I have all the screenshots of Mycase.com (which he immediately blocked me from once firing him) and of my up to date invoices that I paid equaling 1250.00. I even just asked for only $500 back so I can use it toward hiring another attorney and still nothing. Just wow.

I was appointed Mr. Masingo for a case in Scott County Indiana as a public defender. Every time that I would call his office I would always talk with his secretary but never him. There was only one time that he actually called me and even then I was badgering the office. He is absolutely terrible a...t communicating with his client. He does not do what you ask him to do. And what's more his secretary tends to be a bit rude sometimes as well. I found information regarding my criminal case off of public record up to one week before Mr. Masingo even informed me. Because I was not kept informed and up-to-date like I should have been, I would frequently email and send letters to his office plus phone calls and when I received emails and letters back, they took the time to tell me that I was writing too many letters and calling and emailing to much but failed to actually answer the questions that I asked. I would definitely recommend against hiring this attorney unless you want your criminal case to last for a year or two and you like people that do absolutely nothing that you tell them to do.
