I'm very pleased with Mr. Miller and his office, I had a lot of questions throughout the process and they always answered them and always got back with me. I appreciate everything they did for me. I definitely recommend!!!
Had a great experience with Alan, he was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Was always quick to respond and answer all my questions.
N. Alan Miller III began his legal career as a law clerk at a Lawrenceburg law firm in 2003. After his admission to the Indiana bar, he began his legal practice in 2005 as an associate attorney with the same firm, where he was made a partner in 2007. In 2013, Alan left this firm to start Miller Law LLC. In September 2016, Alan's sister, Adrienne Flannery, joined the practice and Miller Law became Miller Flannery Law.
Alan has represented individuals charged with criminal offenses throughout southeastern Indiana in cases ranging from minor traffic infractions to major felonies. He has acted as lead defense counsel in a number of jury trials. Alan is a proud graduate of the Indiana Public Defender Council's Trial Practice Institute, a four-day seminar focusing on developing and refining trial advocacy strategies and skills.
Alan also represents bankruptcy debtors who are seeking relief under Chapters 7 or 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has developed a reputation as a compassionate and empathetic attorney who listens and advises his clients in a non-judgmental way.
A life-long resident of Dearborn County, the Millers can trace their family roots in Dearborn County to before the Civil War. Alan is active in the community and resides in Aurora with his wife, Kyle (Thayer), and their daughter, Ryan. He loves the Reds, IU sports, being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Best Legal Servives
I have known Alan Miller for many years as my attorney. He has represented me, my husband, my brother and my niece. His services were professional, he was very knowledgeable of the law for each particular case, and the case outcomes were favorable. Mr. Miller took each case personal, and never left any of us in the dark. I cannot say enough about him and his team of legal assistants. I would never consider any other attorney to handle my legal matters.

Highly Recommended
I highly recommend Mr. Miller/Miller Law. My situation involved my ex-husband who wanted to change visitation and lower the child support he was paying. I wasn't familiar with any attorney and I came across Miller Law. I called and they got back to me the same day. Mr. Miller agreed to speak with me and ultimately took my case. I found him very easy to talk to. He is very upfront, honest and explained the good, bad and indifferent aspects of my case and what to expect. He did not give me false hope or lead me down the wrong path. He made me feel that my case was just as important as any other case. As a whole, I found Mr. Miller/Miller Law exceptional and I would highly recommend him. I can't thank Mr. Miller/Miller Law enough for making this very difficult time easier to deal with.

Would hire again!
Alan Miller was an amazing attorney. He left where he was to meet me instantly when I stopped in his office to make an appointment with a consultation. He went above and beyond my expectations and responded to all email/calls within a few hours. He always made sure I was included in everything and would answer any questions I had. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in and outside of the courtroom. I have referred him to multiple people and would continue to. He is very knowledgeable in the current laws and defended me fully. Alan is one lawyer that truly cares for his clients and deals with them on a very personal level!

Unaware of case specifics
Unaware of specifics in my case and found out 4 months after retaining Mr.Miller he had a clear conflict with the case. Now I have wasted my money and time. Additionally, I have to find a new attorney on short notice.
