Completely mishandled my case. Did not speak up in court, as a matter of fact he sat there trembling, didn't object to the opposing counsel's blatant lies. He did not present my evidence, object, or challenge my X or his attorney. I gave ample evidence, printed out, organized, and he used none of it.... When we received the judge's harsh decision I immediately tried to get into contact with Brendan. He did not advise me on the 30-day period to contest the decision which has contributed to emotional, and financial harm for me and my family. I am now paying another attorney thousands more to help me clean up the mess he left me in. His gross mis handling should be criminal. I would not recommend him for any legal matters.
