I hired Suzanne about 5 years ago for a custody battle. It has been a long and terrible process but she has been amazing through it all! Great communication! Emails and phone calls are always returned. She never gives me false hope, always tells me it could go either way and yet she has brought me vi...ctory every single time we have gone to court. My son is now 6 years old and I honestly don’t know if he would be alive today without Suzanne’s knowledge, hard work and fierce dedication. She won supervised visitation for my son and his father. When we had a judge who was very bias for the other party and gave us an illegal ruling, Suzanne participated in an appeal that we also won. She won the court’s approval for my son to go to an amazing school and for us to finally relocate. I feel so lucky that I found her! She is a busy lady but has always made me feel that we are important and a priority to her, especially my son. She told me when I first hired her that his best interest is what she would fight for, not mine. I thought it seemed funny at the time. Listening to the other party’s attorney over the years as she argued that children are resilient and therefore my son is fine to be with his father unsupervised. I couldn’t help but remember what Suzanne said to me when I first hired her. I wish all attorneys were like Suzanne. She’ll work hard for you and you won’t be disappointed. I hired Suzanne Wagner, she did not communicate with us throughout the course of a year of being on our case. When it came to our arguements she never told us what we could do to defend ourselves, she always said "well they have a good arguement." We are dealing with a co-parent who wants to twist tu...rn and manipulate everything he possibly can in order to take custody away from my wife, he lies and makes false accusations, we sought out the help of Suzanne Wagner to out an end to the unnecessary drama with this co-parent because his actions are hurting our child mentally and emotionally. Suzanne did not seem to want to help our child, it felt like she was simply going through the motions and doing the bare minimum on our case. Now $20,000.00 later we are still having the same problems and things are getting worse, hopefully the next attorney will care about our child well being.

Going through my Divorce was tuff, the custody battle was horrible. Suzanne Wagner had my best interest in mind. However, my 6 year old son was her top priority. She is a true professional!
