I enjoy my family law practice and am thankful for the opportunity to help moms, dads, and couples through some of life's more challenging times.  Whether you are facing a  divorce, annulment, or  legal separation or need help obtaining or modifying child support, parenting time, or custody, I can help,  I routinely resolve paternity disputes, relocation issues, college contribution, emancipation, support modifications, and a variety of other family law issues. In 2013, I was fortunate to be named a "Top Lawyer" in Fort Wayne in the area of family law.

In 2013, I also became registered as a Domestic Relations Mediator to help families mediate their disputes in family law matters and, in particular, help parents resolve family disputes before a matter is filed in court.

In 2014, I completed training in a new and evolving type of divorce: collaborative divorce.  Collaborative divorce is a growing trend and allows the participants to become much more directly involved with the decisionmaking and outcome of their divorce.  Husbands and Wifes work with the lawyer to create their own financial plan, parenting time arrangement or custody plans , rather than asking a Judge to make these important family decisions for them.
