Biography
My philosophy is that if you work hard for your clients, they will refer you to their friends, their relatives, and people who THEY care about. Because they have been pleased by the results I have attained for them or they believe that their rights have been protected and fought for by me and my staff, they appreciated the extra effort and conscientous work we do for them and their case. After 33 years of working in this area of the law and for the great people I have had the pleasure to work for, I am greatful to have gained the experience of so many battles taken on and in most cases obtained a result for my clients that they most earnestly desired. I have tried to make that my measure of success for any and all of my clients.

Custody issues in different state.

Brian explained that my daughter had sole custody of her son and just because the birth father is on the birth certificate, he did not have equal custody as he threatened that he was taking her to court for full custody.
