I was promised he'd be there fighting till the end. Maintenance for life, he'd save my credit, since hu...sband was awarded the New Denali, yet being late. IRS,was after me as well, from husband using my SS#, and I never seen a dime of income tax money while being married, Then the left over Equality from our Az. of only $12,500, I was told it would go to me, because husband drained the equity and pocketing the money behind my back. Here's how it began. We rented out our house that we owned in Az. Because my husband got a great job in IN. Prior to our marriage, I had all the furniture. I sure was taking a chance moving for my husband. But, I loved him. We moved 2-27ft Trucks to Granger, Indiana. I'm a Disabled woman, husband knew this prior to our marriage. Once again the alcohol took over. and once he had me moved up there in IN., he wanted a Divorce. While we were living up there in IN. my husband wasn't paying for our Az. house. He was pocketing the Mortgage money from the Renter. Then, it was ready to go into Foreclosure. So, he hurried and put our Az. house up for sale. So, he drained all the equalty, except $12,500. Mr. Catanzarite told me he'd have my husband pay for my Attorney fee's, from the beginning. My Disability income was $9,768 and my husband's was $170,000, plus he had Web design side job. Mr. Catanzarite Promised me: 1. Maintenance for life, 2. Save my credit from the New Denali, that's in both of our names, which husband was awarded, to either take it out of my name or to be sold, because he was continuously being late. 3. Look into why the IRS was going after me for $1,600 when I never filed taxes? 4. Look into why there's a Judgement against me by a Company named Calvery, that I'm being sued by, because I was married to him, for $1,600. 5. Sign the check for $12,500, so I would receive it after divorce. We'll, Mr. Catanzarite, strung this divorce, on and on. Saying let's ask for only 36 months of Maintenane, which husband wanted 20 months. No agreement. Truck continuously late, IRS emailing me and calling me, credit with a Judgement, I was denied at every apartment complex. We'll just this Month. I get a phone call asking if I'm up in IN. for tomorrow's trial? I said I had no clue. My husband on Feb7, filed saying I'm not Disabled, we weren't married real long and was fighting! And, the hearing/tria, I wasn't in contact to even have time, funds or to no its a trial now? I was Divorced on Valentines. And, my attorney said, Judge was mad. No Telephonic, & No Rescheduling. I believe he lied! In my heart. I was set up to fail with Mr. Catanzarite. He says one thing. And does nothing. Yes, he'll file lots of papers. But, nothing ever gets resolved, even when I flew up there. It's like he knew I only was sitting on $12,500. And, never tried hard to go after the husband that makes most of the money? I have to say. Being strung along so bad, and promised so much. Just to be told nothing. George is Superior, you don't deserve nothing, but being deceived, set up right before trial and you lost, Nick won. But, Mr. George Catanzarite took what little I had $12.500. I wanted to buy a travel trailer with that money. So, I'd have shelter. He's done not one thing in this Divorce. NOTHING. String me along so long. You'll be so tired and he wants you to just settle the minimum, which I was told 20 months of Maintenane. He told me, Nope, now that's off the table, after he racked up the Attorneys fees. I did notice, he worked harder for me more,before knowing about $12,500 was there. Which he told me to sign. Now, I feel robbed, that he'd rather take from the broke partner, then go after my husband, that's making 6 figures. Moral- Don't b deceived, by the deciever! Sirena
