Biography
I have accomplished what many believed to be the impossible - I graduated law school summa cum laude while working part-time and being a wife and mother. By working prior to attending law school, I gained experience in both life and the workforce. As a result, I have insight into people's needs and desires more so than had I graduated high school, attended college, and attended law school. While I was content and worked hard, I always wanted to be a lawyer and have a special interest in family law and fathers' rights. So I made the decision and went law school.
In addition to a job as a law clerk and caring for my children, I was also a member of law review and moot court. More importantly though, I participated in a family law internship and worked for a law firm in which one attorney focused on family law, working along side of her gaining knowledge and experience. The other attorney had me work on debt collection defense and personal injury cases.
Based upon my own life experience and my legal experience, I know that clients in these types of matters have special needs and I have the compassion and experience to meet these needs.

Replied last August 20, 2022I find it kind of ironic that after numerous high ratings I received 2 1-star ratings on the same day, claiming to be from two different people. However, I did consult with my assistant to see if we could determine who this could be based upon the allegations. She had no idea. There was one couple I thought it possible only because they did walk out to our vehicles after leaving court. We were having a conversation regarding the case. However, it was a mutual conversation, walking calmly together, and at that time, they understood the circumstances and the issues that existed. If it was this couple, the only people my assistant I and I could even contemplate that would have wrote this, the issues lies in the fact they had attempted to do something with an open case that required the permission of the court, without consulting our office or the court staff. This created a difficult situation for everyone involved. I believe they were angry at me because there was no fixing the situation at the time due to the lack of cooperation of another member of the case.
