I hired John for a Probation violation. During the evidentiary hearing for which he was paid $1000, he asked no probation questions if the one witness which was a police officer nor did he present ANY evidence that would have clearly shown the judge the innocence of the defendant. He told us he was g...oing to "wear the officer down"during questioning. The judge and the prosecutor did a better job at this than did John. He clearly wasn't prepared. Then at the disposition hearing he did the same thing. He will NOT fight for you, he will not return your emails or phone calls but he WILL take your money.
