I have been waiting 5 months for documentation on my case and I am just ignored. Repeated phone calls and email and I still have not received all my documents. My last review was pulled from this site. I wish I had hired a public defender, I would have gotten better service And after being repeatedl...y ignored and receiving such bad service, I called her boss. He apologized and said they got rid of her and he would handle my case. Apparently the firm was not happy with her either.
