My attorney, Alex Hoover, handled my case very professionally. The preparation he did and the way the case was presented was excellent. Alex was always willing to communicate. I never dreamed in a million years I'd need a lawyer. However: life did not work out that way for me. I have not used any other lawyer, so consider that, if you must. But after working with Alex, I will not be "shopping" for another one. Whatever the future holds, my Law issues will be handled by Alex. Looking back at my process, there were several times Alex empathized with my grief and pain... I'm sure law school didn't teach him that. Alex was truly concerned with my health and well-being. Alex is nothing short of a hard working, diligent and caring attorney. He worked on my divorce and custody case for over 2 years tirelessly. What I wish most people realized that is despite the fact he has exceptional experience and knowledge on the law, and most judges, what they want to hear and how they normally operate in their positions...as an attorney he cannot predict outcomes/decisions that a judge is going to make. What he can do (and he does this well) is advise you on anything and everything based on his vast knowledge of the laws, makes sure things are filed correctly, accurately, and in a timely fashion. Does NOT ever forget to do the next thing he needs to do for your case. He is supportive as an attorney, which as a single mom fighting for the best interest of her children is super important. This is coming from someone who’s judge did not listen to my case which was impeccable presented to him by Alex, or take a GAL’s reccomendation into consideration into his final ruling...neither of these things are his fault, he is still a legal shark! Despite the outcome of my case, the judge dropping the ball had nothing to do with Alex’s work ethic, knowledge and expertise. I have sent anyone in need of an attorney to him. He is honest and straight to the point with you....he can only represent you and your case, he can’t force a judge to make the right ruling. Alex definitely a GOOD APPLE and exactly the kind of attorney you want to handle any kind of high conflict case. Especially in the unpredictable, highly stressful, and quite frankly at times very unfair family judicial system. The outcome of my case wasn’t exactly what I wanted but it is in no way Alex’s fault. If I had to do it all over again I’d STILL choose to hire him!

I used Mr. Hoover personally and know another family that also used him. Both myself and the other family are very pleased and impressed with Mr. Hoover. Responded to all questions in a detailed and timely manor. Was very professional, knowledgeable and organized. I would recommend and use Mr. Hoover in all of my legal counsel. Top of the line.

Hired Alex for legal counsel a few years back and I have used him every time, 5 times now for an array different issues. I've seen how other people interact with their attorney and I wasn't impressed, been very impressed with Alex. Alex kept me informed, up to date and he would tell me what I needed to hear, no false promises. He kept all of the file neatly organized so we could go through it at the same time, understood what I wanted and what I needed. He always responded to my emails or phone calls with as much of a detailed answer as possible. I have recommended Alex to others and will continue to do so

When one is between a rock and a hard place it was comforting to know that we don't have to go it alone. I was very pleased from the initial consultation to the completion of my case. He was up front, approachable, and open minded. He was open to my suggestions and used them to my benefit in my case's outcome. He did not promise anything and was clear about the scenarios that may or may not play out. Let's face it; trying to navigate on your own from the other side of the judge's bench, regardless of what you think you know and understand is better left to hiring someone that knows better. I'm happy I did and would do so again in the future. Now it's my job to follow through from his counsel.

He doesn't seem to give 2 shots about me or my case. Never dine anything right. Could have beat the case but he screwed that up also. Do not, I repeat DO NOT HIRE HIM HE IS WORTHLESS.

Alex was not interested in getting to know me or my case. My custody case was complicated, as they all are. When I was able to talk to him, he constantly told me I was one of his 50 clients. Alex was working on a murder case during this time & always brought that up to me. It was clear he had no time for my case. I found another lawyer who cared, & won my case.
