A New Jersey native, Bob focuses his practice on Labor and Employment Law. He is the author of a book on reducing stress and violence in the workplace, and written numerous other articles about legal issues in the area of Labor and Employment Law. In addition to being a member of various business organizations, Bob still finds time to run in marathons, play softball, and the saxophone.

  • Representation and Defense of Private and Public Sector         Employers on Traditional Labor and Employment Law, Human Resources, and Employee-Relations Matters

  • Providing counsel in the areas of union recognition and organization, collective bargaining, contract and grievance administration, labor arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, OSHA, FLSA and wage and hour issues, unemployment claims, and worker's compensation law. Equal emphasis on the defense of employers in employment discrimination law including Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, Pregnancy Discrimination, Workplace and Sexual Harassment, and the FMLA.
