Lacks Empathy
She went against court orders and violated my rights. Had kids taken away and completely disregarded the children s pleas to reconsider. She ruined my life I would run if I saw her again.

Good job
Miss Paula helped me with my child support and got it lowered to where I could pay it. She treated me good and explained things to me and didn't make me feel like a dummy.
