Find Someone Else to Represent You

Very unprofessional and ill kept. His office is in a creepy, old dump of a house in Elkhart. He makes promises, takes your retainer and you will never hear from him again. When he finally replied via text, his comments were completely unprofessional and did not convey any relevant information. It... felt like he was bullying and belittling us for contacting him. My suggestion is to steer clear of the guy. He is an old burnout who should retire.

Good Attorney

People are not perfect. As an attorney Mark will do everything in his power to prove your innocent . Even if your guilty he looks for the loopholes to get you the best sentence possible, very reasonable price and willing to work with you on payment..I would recommend him

Wolf of Elkhart

Doty is an experienced attorney with a cocky attitude...and we love it! He doesn't have time for bs and is straight and to the point. I have hired him for myself and family members. He does what he says he's gonna do...100% of the time. If there's not much he can change on a situation, he'll tell u t...hat. If u want someone to given u hopes and u wanna be sold with a pretty picture of bs, he is not the guy for u. If u want someone to do their job, not waste ur time, and tell u like it is hes ur guy! He's also been flexible with payment planning with us. Hopefully I won't need to, but just in case he's always the guy ill call!

Always a plea

Although my husband was not guilty of the crime which he was charged and it was easily proven. With witnesses Mark still only fought with not only the prosecution but with is to accept this plea. He then belittled, disrespected, even call is both out of our names and tried to extort us for more money... on several occasions. Threatening not to go to court and if he did he only asked for the plea that we did not want in the first place. He refused to do any of the job we paid him thousands to do. Not recommended at all!!
