Thomas Steven Mullins

I would highly recommend to never ever use this lawyer. How he made it through law school is a miracle is truly living off of his family's name and reputation, and which they should be ashamed to let him even use their name. I hired him for a case in Newton county and which I swear he was working for... the prosecution. I told him from the get-go I would not take a plea agreement because I was innocent, this man back me into a corner where I had no choice but to take a plea agreement and then even lied to me about the plea agreement. This is a total shame that people like this can take advantage of naive people who think they've hired a lawyer to represent them and they've hired nothing but an idiot. Just so you know if you did hire him that you only have 60 days to do anything about it when he does you wrong. Most people don't know that and when they find out it's too late his license should be revoked and he should be put out of business. His Uncle and cousin should be embarrassed to even be associated with him as a lawyer, cuz in fact they are good lawyers. I made the mistake of thinking I was in good hands because of a name. What a joke!!!!!

IIl try to make this short. About a year ago I obtained my first DUI. It was a mistake that I take full accountability for. I hired Tom Mullins because I heard nothing but good things. Some how my case got passed down to Thomas Mullins which is his younger nephew or something. I looked him up an...d the stories I read and heard about are terrible not including my own. I have been dealing with this DUI for about a year now and still do not have a license. I had put my college education on hold because I legally can not drive. I asked him for a temporary license to get to and from work. He kept giving my excuses why he wouldn't provide that for me. It has been a living nightmare dealing with him. I do not feel like im even being represented. I am still currently dealing with this situation and not sure when it will end. I had another nurse tell me that she had a DUI and hired him and dealt with the exact same thing. I never even write reviews about people but felt so strongly that I had to warn people. I hope the message gets out that this guy is a terrible lawyer and shouldn't be defending people.
