I had the pleasure of the awesome Attorney Susan Severtson represent me in a trial hearing. She represented very well in court. She is extremely knowledgeable. Unprofessional and never return calls. Once I hired Susan she ghost me and when I did communicate with her she was rude, short and only did enough to get by. She never delivered the full agreement as she stated when she took my money. Lesson learned always get a signed contract before paying a low le...vel lawyer.

Unprofessional and was the feeling I got once I hired Susan as my attorney, not only did she avoid and refuse to communicate with me as her client but used unprofessional language in a conversation with her associate as my brother walk in the door to pick up documents. Once she was paid in full she ...rescinded her agreements and only addressed what was simple and minimal to get by. I question her practice and Ethics. Lesson learned always get an agreement or written contract of what you are paying for or you will be taken like I was.

Ms Severtson was my attorney on a felony case as my public defender as well as my Chin's case in which I hired her. She was aggressive in both cases I couldn't have gotten a better out come.
