Samuel Leif Berkman

Called/ Hired/ Paid Sam Berkman to handle a traffic violation only to have him NOT show up at court for me. Received a letter from the court about the judgement against me since nobody was there so I called Sam personally and sent him a copy of the letter. He apologized and said he would take car...e of it. Weeks later another letter to pay the fine of my license would be suspended. AGAIN I called him and sent him the letter and he told me he was on his way in to handle it. As the deadline of my license suspension approached I called him again and he said he was on his way in to see the prosecutor which made me realize he had been lying to me the whole time. I hired another law firm to handle the case for me and they did. My license was eventually suspended but the suspension was temporary since the other law firm came in so late in the game but they did take care of it and cleared everything all up. I was informed though by the new law firm that NOTHING was filed for me by Sam Berkman. He did absolutely NOTHING on my behalf. I called Sam and asked for a refund to which he agreed but call after call when he said he would refund me, he never did and hasn't to this day. He basically stole my money. DO NOT HIRE this guy. He is so unreliable.
