Robert Allen Plantz

Words are inadequate to tell how much Mr. Plantz did for me in court. Without him it would have been impossible to succeed because it was a difficult case with a very spiteful ex-spouse. Every time the other attorney raised other issues, Mr. Plantz brought it back to the issue at hand. He proved I am disabled without demeaning me. WOW! He was amazing! Mr. Plantz is knowledgeable, competent, and convincing. In court he thinks quickly on his feet and presented my case forcefully and effectively. He is approachable, a good listener, and always got back to me. He is a great lawyer and a real blessing. I highly recommend him to others.

Attorney Plantz is a no nonsense type of Attorney. He does not entertain the back and forth bickering with the opposing counsel to waste time or money. There were times I would get frustrated by delay or lack of response from him, however I now realize he knew there wasn’t anything he could do unti...l it was brought in front of a Judge since we were well past the point of settling outside of court. My previous Attorney did communicate back and forth constantly with me and the opposing attorney addressing every little disagreement and it got me nothing more than a large bill. So I can now say I am grateful he didn’t run up my bill on something he knew would not be beneficial. He proved himself in court where it counts and we were able to finally get a ruling that was in our favor. So glad I found him, and know he will be my Attorney for any other issues that may arise in the future.

Robert handled my child custody case, as well as 2 bogus criminal charges that arose amidst my custody case. He was amzing from the start. First, he was very straightforward with me, told me how bad I screwed up (which I absolutely did), & made no promises, because of my many screwups, other than he ...was going to do his very best for me & my kids. Well his best was more than I could have ever hoped for. He beat both of my criminal charges, & he won for me sole custody of my kids, with a no-contact order that was in place for 6 months! Amazing! Our lives are completely perfect now, no more courts, judges, etc. Not only that, but considering I had so, so many court cases happening at once, I obviously didn't have a bunch of $ laying around to pay everything. They never harrassed me, never even went after me for interest, which I know they could have, as it took years to pay my bill.
