Attorney Plantz is a no nonsense type of Attorney. He does not entertain the back and forth bickering with the opposing counsel to waste time or money. There were times I would get frustrated by delay or lack of response from him, however I now realize he knew there wasn’t anything he could do unti...l it was brought in front of a Judge since we were well past the point of settling outside of court. My previous Attorney did communicate back and forth constantly with me and the opposing attorney addressing every little disagreement and it got me nothing more than a large bill. So I can now say I am grateful he didn’t run up my bill on something he knew would not be beneficial. He proved himself in court where it counts and we were able to finally get a ruling that was in our favor.
