Robert Allen Plantz

I was referred to Attorney Plantz by a friend, who happened to be an attorney as well. Because the attorney didn't practice what I needed, I called Robert. First off, his office staff is excellent! Since they are your first point of contact, I do believe that it reflects on the attorney. So my first ...initial encounter with them (first phone call and meeting) I was very surprised on how helpful and professional they were. It made the process so much easier to handle! The first time speaking with Robert on the phone, he seemed ready and very calm. He let me talk first, which made me feel he genuinely cared about my situation/case which I knew would be a messy divorce. Understatement. He guided me throughout the whole process. He didn't sugar coat anything and that was something that I really respected. He was definitely on MY side. He did everything he said he would do in the time that he said it would take. In fact, he did the whole "under promise over deliver" and yet again gained my trust and respect . I didn't have to call every day wondering what was going on because he told me at the very beginning, that if he ever needed anything from me he or his staff would contact me. When I did call to speak with him, he either took the call right away or called me back within 24 hours. I received emails from his office with any reminders of court dates or anything from the court. They say that people who help you or "bring the light back in your life" you remember forever. Well that is what Attorney Plantz has done for me and I have been referring anyone who needs a Family Law Attorney to him. If you are looking for an educated, agressive, honest and trustworthy attorney, I strongly recommend hiring him as your attorney. And a bonus point on his part..he has really really nice suits.

Robert stands above all other attorneys. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and knows the law. He has earned great respect from other peers and judges in his area from what we have seen. Robert is sophisticated in his technical skills; he has the legal experience, and analytical capabilities. He clear...ly explains your options and doesn’t beat around the bush. He gets results and in our opinion is very crafty with his legal know-how. He is competent and aggressive he will fight for you and he fights to win. He has great communication skills, is cordial, pleasant, honest, and very confident. He has encompassed our case for over 3 years now and represented us on numerous cases. The longest one being a custody suit where he has won every hearing for us and done exactly what he said he would. He is an excellent lawyer he efficiently used his and our time and is extremely knowledgeable of family law. He took the worry away from us, listened to our concerns, and acted upon them. There are few lawyers in our opinion that can take a complex case like ours and make it worry free and seem so simple. Great lawyer would recommend him 100%.
