Mr. Plantz assisted me with my divorce. His prices are very reasonable. He knows the law very well. He is very down to earth and honest. I recieved the results i wanted and more. Robert handled my child custody case, as well as 2 bogus criminal charges that arose amidst my custody case. He was amzing from the start. First, he was very straightforward with me, told me how bad I screwed up (which I absolutely did), & made no promises, because of my many screwups, other than he ...was going to do his very best for me & my kids. Well his best was more than I could have ever hoped for. He beat both of my criminal charges, & he won for me sole custody of my kids, with a no-contact order that was in place for 6 months! Amazing! Our lives are completely perfect now, no more courts, judges, etc. Not only that, but considering I had so, so many court cases happening at once, I obviously didn't have a bunch of $ laying around to pay everything. They never harrassed me, never even went after me for interest, which I know they could have, as it took years to pay my bill. Attorney Plantz is a wonderful divorce attorney. He is upfront and honest with how your case can be handled. I was referred to Attorney Plantz by a friend, who happened to be an attorney as well. Because the attorney didn't practice what I needed, I called Robert. First off, his office staff is excellent! Since they are your first point of contact, I do believe that it reflects on the attorney. So my first ...initial encounter with them (first phone call and meeting) I was very surprised on how helpful and professional they were. It made the process so much easier to handle! The first time speaking with Robert on the phone, he seemed ready and very calm. He let me talk first, which made me feel he genuinely cared about my situation/case which I knew would be a messy divorce. Understatement. He guided me throughout the whole process. He didn't sugar coat anything and that was something that I really respected. He was definitely on MY side. He did everything he said he would do in the time that he said it would take. In fact, he did the whole "under promise over deliver" and yet again gained my trust and respect . I didn't have to call every day wondering what was going on because he told me at the very beginning, that if he ever needed anything from me he or his staff would contact me. When I did call to speak with him, he either took the call right away or called me back within 24 hours. I received emails from his office with any reminders of court dates or anything from the court. They say that people who help you or "bring the light back in your life" you remember forever. Well that is what Attorney Plantz has done for me and I have been referring anyone who needs a Family Law Attorney to him.
