Melissa L. Rohrer

I did not like her and would NEVER recommend her. I felt she was very unprofessional . All she cared about was having me constantly give her my money for less than par representation. She did not communicate with me and when we went to court, not only did she not come over to speak to me, she did not... spend time briefing me. Instead, she spent the ENTIRE time talking to opposing counsel. But she did not hesitate to bother me for more money. After only two times going to court, I hired a real professional who continues to represent me til this day.

Ms. Rohrer is amazing! She put forth hard work, detailed dedication to my case and my needs. She put forth the best interests of my child. She didn’t let opposing counsel bully her or me. She listened attentively to all my concerns. Always replied promptly to emails or phone calls. Ms. Rohrer eve...n put up with me. My experience with Attorney Melissa Rohrer could not have gone any better. I entered her office as an unmarried dad who was frustrated with the family court system, and the lawyer I hired before her. During consultation I told her that I wasn't seeking the traditional custody arrangement and that my ...ex sat on the other side of that fence. I wanted something more real and something more shared. She never dismissed my wishes, however, she did inform me that the road wouldn't necessarily be easy. Once, I officially hired her, she began going to work. She dismissed my other attorney, and corrected documents he screwed up on. Then she phoned opposing counsel and informed them that she was my new representative. Upon talking with them she knew that a collaborative agreement was not possible, and she recommended a custody evaluation. I hired her in February of 2015, as a frustrated and defeated father, and I am writing this review as a father who could not be happier with his custody arrangement. I see my son more than most dads do, and he spends a significant number of nights at my house. If you are a dad struggling with visitation, Melissa Rohrer is the attorney for you. She always has your back. She defends you, if you screw up, and she responds promptly to calls and emails.
