She handled my case very poorly. I tried to show her evidence of domestic violence and the other parent posing a clearly visible threat to my child's well being.. she ignored it and told me to turn off the video then went on to speak to my ex as if I was the problem. After I kindly fired her, she wr...ote me an email falsely claiming that i came ther harassing her and her staff. When the receptionist and I were speaking, she had more compassion for what was going on and was extremely apologetic for things turning out the way the did. I should've known Melissa was shady when I noticed cobwebs in her office. She didn't listen to anything I said..on top of all that she told me to sit in another room while she was in other room pandering to the opposing party like she was her friend. I wish I would have checked the reviews because I would've never hired her. Everyone who has experienced this type of behavior should report her to the BAR. I know I will be.

All talk at consultation, left office very optimistic . At first meeting the assistant gathered necessary documents wrote notes on file for plan of action, documented on first page of file. The wrong info was used to file a paternity claim due to lack of communication and disorganization in the o...ffice, resulting in our lawyer dropping us via email 10 days before court. We sent the receipt picture of the documents as proof the assistant filled out for the list of issues to cover Melissa took no responsibility for not looking at it, and put blame at us for her mistake and immediately dropped us via a nasty text message. We should have read and headed the negative reviews before retaining her because all are true. She had our money, made the mistake, dropped us to avoid correcting her mistake, and claims she has nothing to do with her assistant’s notes on our file ( why have the assistant go over items with your on her behalf and have it in the file? ) ... lesson learned hard way head the reviews!
