I paid 2k and she never spoke with me after I retained her. Showed up for our settlement hearing unprepared, spent more time helping opposing counsel and my ex. Was very demeaning and did not support my case at all. Waste of time and money! I should have listened to all her terrible reviews because t...hey were right. Settlement ended she walked out of the office never spoke to me. Horrible.

This is the single worst attorney I have ever used. The only thing she accomplished in this divorce was collecting lots of money from us. She has terrible listening skills, preferring to listen to herself instead of her clients. She does not follow thru on items pertaining to the case, and gave every...thing up to the opposition. I would not recommend her for any case.

Melissa represented me for many years. I thought at first that she was a bulldog and would get everything done in the best interest of my child. My first round through court ended great (after spending over $10,000). After having to go to court for a filing from my ex she acted like a know it all tha...t wanted me to do things I didn't want. In most of my meetings she talked about other clients and her own life instead of focusing on my case. Believe that she will do the same to you. A lot of things were filed with misspellings and errors. I'm looking for another lawyer that isn't all talk.

I did not like her and would NEVER recommend her. I felt she was very unprofessional . All she cared about was having me constantly give her my money for less than par representation. She did not communicate with me and when we went to court, not only did she not come over to speak to me, she did not... spend time briefing me. Instead, she spent the ENTIRE time talking to opposing counsel. But she did not hesitate to bother me for more money. After only two times going to court, I hired a real professional who continues to represent me til this day.
