Scott Michael Wagenblast

Mr Wagenblast was my attorney for a complex legal matter and he was the best lawyer in every way. He is professional and his follow through is unmatched in the legal profession. I don't understand the two complaining reviews here. First of all, Scott was trained as a mediator--which in family law where children are often involved, is a very good thing. (If you're looking for a hired assassin, then don't bother calling Scott.) Second, Scott understands the situation of dads a...nd their special challenges in a system which sometimes is tilted toward Mom. Third, Scott is upfront about the projecting costs and is willing to be flexible with clients who are struggling financially. Finally, he has great and lengthy experience in Porter County where he knows all the players and what to expect from them--this is a big advantage. Bottom line: you want a guy who will sometimes protect you from yourself. Can't recommend him too highly.
