Andrew Thomas Tkacs II

Andrew T. Tkacs, II, is a partner at the personal injury firm of Allen Law Group, LLC. Mr. Tkacs is involved in multiple aspects of the firm’s operation and advocates for those who have been injured in heavy truck cases, worksite and jobsite cases, medical malpractice cases, car crash cases, and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Tkacs obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Manchester University (f/k/a Manchester College) and Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law.

Mr. Tkacs is a member of various associations advocating for the rights of those who have been injured and championing for safety measures to make our society safer, including the American Association of Justice (Advocate member). Mr. Tkacs has been named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2020.

The son (and grandson) of local 81 laborers, Mr. Tkacs knows first-hand the challenges you are facing if you or a loved one has been injured on the jobsite while working, particularly while working in the trades. In his limited free time, Attorney Tkacs enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out, and hanging out with his rescue German Shepherd, Trajan.
