Best I could have hoped for.
I hired Attorney Naggatz for my Moms estate. My uncles had taken most of my moms estate before she passed. We went to trial and they had to pay all of it back. I was ready to give up., I was glad I went for it. My mother had a will and made it clear what she wanted. I would not use anyone else in the future.

Did a wonderful job
I hired Alan to do my personal injury. State farm fought paying my bills and even stopped payment on a check to fix my car. I had a hard time getting a lawyer they all said it was too small a case for there offices. I ended up going to mediation and then jury trial. I won the case and received over policy limits.( I hear that's hard to do. I would recommend Mr. Naggatz to anyone

Fair and honest
Mr. Naggatz helped me with my bankruptcy and real estate issues with foreclosure. I was able to keep my home and got my tax debts resolved. His price for the services were the best I was quoted and I was very happy with his service.

divorce and help with custody for a father who adores his daughter
alan toom our money and then wouldnt return our calls. As a father who pays his support without fail he let me down with fathers rights and once i paid him off he wouldnt even return my calls and i had to start over with a new attorney

I have been divorced for almost 7 years and I'm still waiting for him to finsh some of my paper work. and he has not emailed me or called to let me know what is goning on with it.
