Patricia Ann Rees

We hired Patricia Ann Rees to aid in a problem involving our mothers’ estate. She agreed to perform the task of writing a letter on our behalf and sending it certified to the party causing the problems. We agreed on a specific price for the task. We agreed on how it would be handled, she would write ...up a first draft and email it to me so I could then email it to my sisters for our review and to provide the opportunity to make any revisions necessary. She cashed our check and we heard nothing for weeks. I called and spoke with her assistant and the first draft was then finally written but she did not email it to me as indicated initially, she sent it through the mail. When we got the first draft, we made the revisions we believed to be necessary and discussed this with Patricia over the phone. I then emailed the second draft to her and her assistant to be finalized by her, per our conversation. Patricia and her assistant did not have the professionalism to edit the second draft properly as she indicated she would, she rather sent it as I emailed it to her. Again, we heard nothing for weeks until I called asking about the tracking information and the certified letter receipt showing the person that signed for the letter. Her assistant sent me the tracking number but the more important signature receipt. Patricia then began sending harassing emails to me stating, “You got more than your money’s worth, and I need more money.” Although, she had not yet completed the agreed upon task for the agreed upon price. She continued to send harassing emails begging for more money and still not providing the signature receipt for weeks. The signature receipt was only provided after I had to call and email the office once again. I also explained to Patricia and her assistant that Patricia was fired for blatant unprofessionalism, for dragging out a relatively simple task that should have taken a week to 6 weeks and for harassing us for more money when she had not yet completed the task. Patricia then continued to send child-like emails in response and I had to repeatedly remind her that she was fired. Over all she did a very poor job, it took far longer than it should have and the constant begging/harassment for more money was completely inappropriate. You can certainly do better than Patricia Ann Rees.
