I entered Joe Walsh‘s office on January 7 after being referred to him by a friend ,with a small claims of $2600 that my previous employer decided to withhold from me with a bogus claim. Joe Walsh decided to take the case and told me that he would charge me the very minimum if he was to resolve the ca...se. He said he didn’t want me to do it on my own, well six months later, due to his incompetence he only recovered $2500 out of it, and he got my check cut in his name due to the fact that he was going to hold it hostage until I paid him another 700 on top of the already 700 I paid him for basically doing nothing for me at all. He doesn’t return emails but he charges you for it he doesn’t return your phone calls but he charges you for it he shows up to meetings under the influence of alcohol and he behaves very unbecoming of a law professional. if he was a decent human he would’ve told me that I could’ve went on my own for the filing fee of $105 because as soon as we filed they came back with a settlement and he ended up getting $1500 out of my 2500 he did worse to me than my previous employers. Total nightmare my very first experience with a lawyer and hopefully it will be my very last experience with a LIAR. Very shameful I would not recommend him to anybody. I’m surprised he still has his license to practice.
