Jonathan Edward Howes

I hired Jonathan Howes to represent me in my divorce. Once in the courtroom the opposing Attorney accused me of battery, intimidation and anything else that he could use get the judge to fell sorry for my Ex wife. None of this was true and Jonathon presented no intelligent defense. The opposing atto...rney even had my ex-wife's daughter in=law testify that I told her son that I hit his mother during our final argument. Now if I am a Indiana state trooper and you said that you hit my mom, guess what? your going to jail. However I did not go to jail, I did not hit her and I never said that I did. And again no intelligent defense by Howes. My ex-wife and her attorney committed 46 counts of perjury. The Judge accepted the deal or agreement written by the opposing attorney. The agreement called for me to seek family counseling at a business that no longer offered any family counseling. Again no intelligent arguments from Jonathan Howe. So the end result was that I lost total visitation with my daughter and I have to pay child support based on a 58 hour work week. Every week. I certainly would not recommend Jonathon Howes for anything more than a parking ticket
