Kaitlyn Elizabeth Tucker

I attended Delta State University for my undergraduate education. There, I earned a B.A. for a double major in English and Journalism and a minor in Psychology. I stayed in Cleveland, Mississippi, for several years after graduation and worked as a reporter for one of the local newspapers. Once I realized that I loved covering courts and other issues related to the law more than anything else, I decided to pursue a Juris Doctor degree. I attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. There, I received a criminal law certification and focused on public interest law and 8th Amendment research. I received an honors distinction for both my J.D. and my criminal law certification. I moved to Nashville and began working for Cole Law Group, where I focus on appellate work, construction law, family law, and wills and estates. I believe that the law is a service and that lawyers are uniquely positioned to help individuals navigate the complexities of the court system while providing quality, holistic advice in challenging situations.
