I had seen a number of other attorneys who tried to convince me to file bankruptcy. This one was different. He spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the different options under the bankruptcy code. He then did something I did not expect, he offered an option to avoid bankruptcy. I di...dn't need to hire and attorney and didn't need to file bankruptcy. After having been hustled by lawyers trying to convince me to hire them at high costs, this one told me to think about it. No pressure, just good advice. I almost made a very costly and poor decision. I would recommend him and his office to anyone. For that he was owed an awesome review.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. He charged less than others I had met with. His work was done on time and without error. He never asked for more funds even though I had many, many questions. At court, it was clear that he was prepared and knowledgeable. He even ...corrected the court when it made a mistake. Other people in court did not know who there attorneys were. The other review here is obviously bogus since he provides a clear retainer showing what services you get. I would recommend this attorney to anyone.

The service in this office is very poor, The lawyer wanted to charge me for phone calls, (for him to return my calls). When I requested after paying for the service, for my case to be filed and closed, he refused to comply with my request. The office and lawyer was more interested in garnishing my c...heck for more money than helping me with my needs for his service. The lawyer even insulted me and said that he can't help that I have financial problems. Really? I thought that's what I hired him for! The attorney never returned my calls and the office secretary hung up on me due to my numerous calls to the office. The attorney kept blaming everthing on the trustee's office and when I called the trustee's office they would blame the attorney. In addition, every time that I spoke with the attorney, I was lied to and wouldn't hear from him again to comply with what he said that he would do. When I called back his wife would have a whole different story to tell because, no one communicated with one another (goal figure) a small store front office (really?). I recommended this office to a friend who is experiencing the same money issues for over payment due to payments doubling out of each paycheck. This embarrasses me for leading someone else who needed help to this disrespectful and money hungry place. I would never recommend this office again to anyone due to the lack of resect for clients and the very poor service received. Thank you.
