Awful

Awful human, him and his dad. (Look up his ethics violations). All talk, but no talent...

SHOCKING!!!!

I was in a deep case of Family law where the father was neglectful and all our children were being sent to the ER due to his neglect during visitation. I explained to Mr. Randolph we wanted custody & he agreed and even said visitation should be supervised! Feeling pleased with the meeting prior to ...court, we arrived to court early 8am and waited, opposing council arrived at 8:20 and I continued to wait (court was 8:30). It was now 8:45 by this time the balif called our name and Mr. Randolph had not even checked in. I was so deeply worried and fear was setting in. I asked the balif if he checked in yet, he said "no, you better call him and find out where he's at" I was frantic and went to retrieve my cellular from my car, realizing he would never give me his cell number only office which was run by one secretary and wasn't open yet. As I came back from my car I seen him just sitting on a bench with person smoking and laughing as if they had all the time in the world. I said Mr. Randolph they called us. He said OK and finished his conversation which took another two minutes which felt like eternity. As we went up the stairs he stopped to shake hands and go out of his way to greet people as though he was at a campaign party! I was starting to boil, how rude I thought this is not about you. We finally approached the check in point and the balif was already inside. I was eager to brief with him to get our bearings prior to walking in, Opposing cousel was sitting outside she seen me and said "hello Mr. Randolph nice to finally meet you" I was already not pleased because he said he sent her letters which she never responded too. He sat next to her like they were best friends as they spoke about my case I commented for correction from time to time but was dismissed in a shhh! It felt rude and unprofessional. I was in a professional setting and was discussing my case. Just then the balif called us in, I stepped back and said Mr. Randolph can I speak with you a moment? He continued to follow opposing counsel in and said "let's talk inside" I thought "what? Talk in court room, ok" we went in and as opposing cousel opened and maintained control he swiveled his chair to her and turned his back to me. She said "we want weekends and parenting guidelines" he said i agree. I leaned over to him to remind him of "my" case and he said "be quiet now, i need to listen" WT??!!! we had just spoke day before and he agreed we would at minimum agree to supervised visitation! The parties agreed and before I knew it began it was over!! I am in fear for the well being of my children so deeply scared. I had prepared ER reports and even photos of injuries to no use. What just happened???
