I received information in a matter of days from when I hired them. The information was easy to understand and had step by step instruction as to how and what is needed from me. The professionalism was awesome. If I had questions, I could contact Mr. Wruck's office and if his office didn't have an answer, Mr. Wruck would get back with me in a short time. The office staff was amazing as well. They all worked together smoothly and had the upmost respect and patience for their clients. I never had to hire an attorney before and I made the right choice when I hired Donald Wruck and his team. If I would grade Mr. Wruck's team, I would definitely give his team the highest grade possible. I truly had no doubt that they had my best interest in mind. I live in California, but was injured in Indiana while passing through the state. Don and his team of professionals handled everything in my case. I was treated fairly, the process and all options were explained thoroughly to me. The team at Wruck-Paupore communicated with me in timely fashion via ...phone and email. I was able to go on with my life with very minimal interruption and inconvenience. I only had to return to Indiana once during the legal process. These people want to settle and don't want any part of the work involved in real litigation. My guess is that they avoid actually going to trial since they refused to go to court to defend my case. Apparently it wasn't going to be worth their trouble for such a small claim, even though I'm still in... pain. I'm not sure they actually know how to defend reality. You end up doing all the work, they do very little. They also lack in communication. I went to a deposition without ever talking to my attorney until we were basically walking into the deposition. They also gave me the wrong time for the deposition. It has been an exhausting experience to say the least. I absolutely would not recommend them. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would.
