Susan Kozlowski

This lawyer represented my fiancé recently in a custody case and was so unbelievably bad and unprofessional I don't know how she stays in business. Sue did not contact us or return texts/calls for weeks at a time and only contacted my fiancé the day before her court case. She didn't take the time to... build any kind of case and constantly told my fiancé we would win the case without a doubt. She will lure you in with false promises and not deliver. She was even having my fiancé do the work that she herself was already paid to be doing. She seems tired, burnt out, and lacks passion. I would not suggest using Sue. The only clients she gets are because Legal Shield. She's also more expensive than better attorneys out there.

I was trying to close my mother's estate. The lawyer I started with was new to the field and not doing well. I amicably parted-ways with them then switched to Susan. Attorney Kozlowski jumped right on the case. She explained the process well. It proceeded just like she described it. Lisa in her offic...e was always quick to respond to my requests. They were organized and efficient. I needed the legal work to happen quickly and they were able to make it happen. It was a great relief to have Susan and Lisa handling this for me. I especially liked Susan's "tell it like it is" approach. I highly recommend Attorney Kozlowski.

I can't seem to find the words to Thank Sue Kozlowski for what she has done for me. Always being their for me with every phone call and email I have sent. I am so happy I chose her. She is really one tough Lady. I kept getting denied for disability but once I called Sue I never had another denial let...ter and she did her magic and won my case on the first time. I would and will suggest this tough Lady to anyone who feels like they want to give up. She really knows the laws. Give her a call if you want your case and a attorney who responds to you to get things moving and a Win. With all my Heart Thank You Sue!

From day one of me contacting attorney Kozlowski I knew she was the person for the job. After a brief conversation on the phone with her I was already confident in my decision to choose her. She asked a few short and to the point questions concerning my case, explained what would be her plan and what... I needed to do to follow the plan. She also explained her legal fees (which are extremely reasonable) and constructed a plan for that as well. She told me that as long as I followed her lead that the only time we needed to meet would be at the courthouse, which was to my benefit for cost purposes. Upon meeting attorney Kozlowski for the first time she was beyond professional. We had a short meeting in one of the briefing rooms at the courthouse. She collected the material she ask me to have for her, told me exactly what to do once in the courtroom, and then began to just talk about things that would take the nerves away from me that I assume were all over my face. The whole time she gave a vibe of confidence in herself which as a client gives you confidence in her and yourself about your case. My case was settled the 2nd time we stepped into the courtoom after the other party requested a continuance he first time. In both interactions with attorney Kozlowski she was always on top of things and ready. Also her staff does a great job of contacting you through email to make sure everything is in line the weeks or days leading up to the court date. I highly recommend attorney Kozlowski to others and really appreciate how she and her staffed handle my case. Wouldn't even think about reaching out to another lawyer for a consultation or legal advice if it's something attorney Kozlowski can take care of for me.

Attorney Kozlowski recently helped me with a Child Support Modification. Although the process is long and frustrating, and actually had to go to trial as the other side would not mediate, attorney Kozlowski did an amazing job in the court room and got even more then I was expecting! She knows the l...aw. The opposing counsel clearly did not. He professionalism showed during the trial as the judge often rolled his eyes at opposing counsel. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome and would definitely recommend!
